The STIHL Workshop Manager is a solution for professional commercial customers with a dedicated workshop: It optimizes in-house maintenance and repair while giving employees access to up-to-date know-how.

Spare parts service
All necessary spare parts can be identified. The STIHL Service Communication provides access to the relevant exploded-view drawings of the device, which can be used to find the correct spare parts and easily add them to a picklist. Once the list has been completed, it can be exported and sent directly to your selected STIHL dealer.
As soon as the part arrives, the repair can be carried out – and the machine is ready to go back to work.
Workshop information
Find the malfunction – with relevant information provided by STIHL Service Communication and STIHL Diagnosis Software, technicians can easily pinpoint the root cause – fast and accurately.
